To enhance our digital presence and engage with our community regarding Karafun Group's B2C products, we are seeking a Music Product Evangelist for a permanent position in Lille 🚀

About the Role:

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Music Products Evangelist is KaraFun Group's front-line ambassador, passionately promoting through every medium our backing tracks catalog and music applications. This role is pivotal in connecting our products with music enthusiasts worldwide, embodying our dedication to music innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocacy and Promotion: Serve as the leading advocate for our products, highlighting their unique benefits through compelling narratives and demonstrations.
  • Content Creation: Craft captivating content across various mediums—blog posts, newsletters, videos, tutorials—to underscore the value and distinctiveness of our offerings.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships within our community across multiple platforms, addressing inquiries and engaging in meaningful dialogues.
  • Educational Leadership: Guide customers and internal teams on maximizing the benefits of our products, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
  • Industry Insight: Maintain an acute awareness of music industry trends, ensuring our products and strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI, sales, marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Event Representation: Champion KaraFun Group at industry events, demonstrating our leadership in music technology innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Musical Expertise: Demonstrated musical skills and a deep passion for music.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts effortlessly. Native English proficiency is preferred.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of technical details with an aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.
  • Creative Strategy: Innovative approach to content creation and product promotion, driving engagement and interest.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player who excels in cooperative settings.
  • Relevant Experience: Background in product marketing, sales, or customer support is highly valued.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keen insight into the music industry with a proactive attitude towards learning and adaptation.

Education:

  • Demonstrable experience in content production and product advocacy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is advantageous.
  • Additional certifications in product management or marketing are a plus.
