Customer Care Officer

Who we are

We're French but we speak English! KaraFun Group is a collection of people from all walks of life devoted to one goal: bring joy through music! For 13 years, the company has created websites and apps dedicated to music and karaoke, in a dozen languages and all around the world.

Our mission.... make the world sing: 5,000 orders a day, one billion views on YouTube, a million visitors on our websites and 200,000 app downloads, every month!

What you’ll do

Take care of our clients around the world. Provide prompt, relevant guidance to their questions and sympathetic and clear solutions to problems that arise to our different music downloading websites and streaming applications. You'll be in charge of not only providing stellar service but in being the middleman between the tech and music production teams as needed.

About you

You are native English or French speaker and fluent in both (German, Spanish or Dutch a plus). You have excellent communication and written skills (Spelling Bee winners, grammar buffs welcome). Music runs in your veins (we love musicians, obviously!) You are tech savvy, at ease with all devices (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac) and lovingly help Grandma understand how to use her smartphone and tablet. You’re known for your positive attitude (Making lemonade out of lemons is your mantra). Turning a frown upside down makes you all tingly inside and you love taking care of people. You are able to plan your own day without a boss on your back and you gladly take charge where needed.

Job tasks

  • Answer our customers with relevant solutions in English and French for our websites and apps, including on third-party websites (social media, review websites, App Store/Play Store)
  • Identify bugs and issues to provide relevant feedback to the team
  • Double-check audio quality on request and identify discrepancies / errors
